Being sick sucks!

So my mom took me to the doctor yesterday because I have had a pretty bad cough for like the past three and a half weeks, and my throat started to hurt. The doctor told me that I have a sinus infections and that I am starting to get strep throat. So they gave me a huge shot in my butt and gave me three different medication that I have to take. I just hope I am better by New Years because that would suck to be sick at the beginning of the year. I hope that tonight wont make me any sicker than I am because I am going to the drive-in and it is cold outside. Well I am gonna go now.

Christmas Eve!!!

So today is Christmas Eve and the house is full of the smell of baking. It is a family tradition to make Chocolate Crinkle cookies and my mom has been baking them for the past two days, and now the house smells wonderful and it smells like Christmas. I can't believe that Christmas already here and that the new year is about to begin. It seems just like yesterday that we were celebrating 2007 and now we are about to begin 2008.

So today my brother and his girlfriend are coming over to do Christmas with us. We are having meat loaf for lunch, yumm! Then we are going to exchange gifts and it is going to be a lot of fun. I don't know how long they plan on staying but at 6:00 tonight at our church we are having our Christmas Eve service and we are going to that. Then after the service we will probably go look at Christmas lights with the Borns. I love looking at Christmas lights, it brings back memories of when I was little.

Tomorrow, which is Christmas, we are going over to the Mashburns along with a whole bunch of other people. It is going to be so much fun!! I can't wait! We always have a blast when we all get together. It's going to be loud, crowded, and crazy, but that is what is so much fun.

It is so weird because this is like my last Christmas as like a kid, because it's my Senior year and next year it will just be different. I don't know what I am going to be doing next year, but it doesn't really matter right now because God has it all planned for me so I don't need to worry.

Well I guess I better be going now. This post turned out to be a lot longer than I thought it would. So I hope everyone has a great Christmas, and don't forget that it's not about the presents or the food, but that it is about the birth of Jesus Christ. So remember to keep Christ in Christmas.

First Place!!

So last night was the 4-H share the fun and Amanda and Chelsea and I competed in it. In the vocals category Amanda and Chelsea did a duet and then Chelsea sang a solo and then Amanda sang a solo. After they sang Chelsea and I did our dance. It went really well, I wasn't even really all that nervous. So Chelsea and I were the last ones to do anything. Then they announced who all got what place. In vocals Chelsea got first, Amanda got second, and the duet got third. Chelsea and I won our and so now we are moving on the district! We went to district last year but got beat our by two chicks. Those two chicks wont be there this year because they graduated. So I hope that Chelsea and I do a really good job. This year we are going to practice more in between county and district. That was one of our problems, was that we didn't practice enough. Well I am going to go eat some ice cream now LOL.

License to drive!!

So Monday my dad took off of work and he and I went and got my license! I am so excited! It is official I can drive without my parents being there LOL. Now the next big thing is for me to get a truck, HA! That's going to take a while lol. So Chelsea and I started our new dance today and by tomorrow we will only have a week to complete and perfect before the competition and we also have to figure out what were are going to wear. I just hope we can get it all done in time and that it looks great. We had a real hard time trying to come up with stuff today for some reason, so I hope on Thursday we will be able to finish it. So I think I am going to go now. Night!

White Thanksgiving!

Last night we got to my Grandma's at like 9:00. We hung out with everyone for awhile and then we all got ready for bed and went to bed. This morning we woke up at like 7 something and at 8 this morning it started to snow! It snowed all day and it just stopped about 20 minutes ago. We got about 6 inches of snow. It is so beautiful outside! My dad and I went out earlier when it was really coming down and we were taking it pictures, it was a lot of fun! I love the snow and it doesn't ever really snow at my house. I was wanting a white Christmas, but I will take a White Thanksgiving too! Well I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am having fun being with family! My Uncle and his new wife and sons are here and they just fit into our family so well. We have had a lot of fun already and we still have the rest of the weekend to have more fun. Tomorrow I think that we might go shopping, well at least I hope we do lol. Well I think I am going to go now. I am going to go see what everyone is up to. I think they are just watching the football game haha, go figure! lol. HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Oh and don't forget to be thankful for what you have because there are some people out there who don't' have has much as you do.

Frustration!

Ok so after spending so much time on our dance we have no one who will dance with us. We scheduled three different practices and no one showed up to any of them so we are pretty frustrated. Now we only have like three week so Chelsea and I are coming up with a completely new dance and its just going to be the two of us. I just hope we can get it all done in time. I am pretty disappointed, I was looking forward to having a big group, and it was such a cool dance too. Oh well I just hope we can still win. So wish us luck.

Camping!

So this weekend my Dad, Mr. B, Travis, Aaron, and I went camping in the back of our land. It was a lot of fun. I love to camp! It is just so relaxing. When I was out there last night just sitting in front of the fire looking up at the stars it was just so amazing. I love being out in God's creation, and being out there under all the stars just makes you realize how amazing God is.

It's finished!!

So yesterday Chelsea and I finally finished planning the dance after a week, a few bruises, a messed up knee, a drop on the head, and a lot of laughter. It is a rellly cool dance, I can't wait to teach it to everyone. I hope we get to go to state this year and win! lol. It feels so good to finally have it all worked out hehe. Ok well I should probably get back to doing some school work.

On Crazy Weekend!

Ok so I had like the craziest weekend! It actually started Thursday and it seemed like I just kept going and going until Last night. Lets see Thursday and Friday I worked on the dance just about all day. Friday night the youth group went to Ferris' football game and the 5th quarter afterward, so we didn't get home until like 12:30. Then I had to get up early Saturday morning to go back to Ferris for the youth car wash and the car wash was from 9 to 12 and we were washing cars the whole entire time there were no brakes at all. After the car wash I went with my dad to Dallas to pick up 17 bales of hay, so I had to help him load those up. On our way home we stopped at the church and I helped him clean the church. Later that night when we got home we had to unload all the hay and stack it all in the barn. I found out that I am really allergic to hay, I like could barley breath. And then yesterday was Sunday so we had church. So I feel like I have been going all week. Luckily my mom didn't go to work today so I actually got to sleep in this morning which was really nice because I can't even remember the last time I got to sleep in lol. Well speaking of sleep I should probably get some, I am still a bit tired. haha

A day of dancing!

Oh my gosh I am tired! Amanda, Chelsea and I worked on our dance for Share the Fun today. Well it was mainly Chelsea and me, but Amanda helped us with some of it. I really think that it's going to be a really good dance. It sure is a lot of fun. But now I am kind of sore because I am using some muscles I don't use a whole lot lol. I really like coming up with dances and do dances it's a lot of fun and it keeps you in shape haha. Tomorrow we have to finish it because we only got about half way done. I do have to say that I haven't laughed that hard in long time, there were some moments that we were literally on the floor laughing so hard. So I think I might go to bed a bit early tonight and I know that I will probably sleep really good tonight haha.

Brrr!

Ok so I am like totally loving this weather! I have been waiting for it to get cold for a long time and now it has. Yeah!! So yea thats all I really wanted to say lol.

Nothing to do

Ok so I finished my school work pretty early today and now I have nothing to do. I haven't done anything really exciting this week. I am looking forward to this weekend because it is going to be pretty busy. I might be going to a youth thing in the morning, then I have a birthday party to go to and then in the late afternoon our church is having its Fall Festival. I can't wait until the Fall Festival, those are always so much fun. My family does the bobbing for apples just about every year, and I am like the queen of bobbing for apples lol.
Tonight we are having a fish fry at my house. The Borns and the Oyervides' will be there, and I don't know if anybody else is coming. I love it when we have fish fry's they are so much fun. We always play games and laugh so hard. Ok well I am going to go back to reading a book. I just wrote on here because Amanda was upset with me because I haven't updated in awhile. So Amanda You Better Leave Me Comments! haha

Crazy Friday Night!

Ok so last night was a lot of fun. Amanda Chelsea and I went to Hell House. It was pretty good. The last scene which was the hell scene was pretty creepy. Chelsea and I were both like hiding behind some guys that we didn't even know lol thats how creepy it was. The demons would get all in your face and then they would try and tough you, it was pretty freaky. Then after Hell House we went to Ferris to the 5th quarter at Midway. There weren't as many people there as there was last time. Oh my gosh it was so funny, there were some kid sitting on Amanda car and she said it would be funny to set the alarm off so Chelsea took her key and set it off. There was this one guy who jumped and ran, it was so funny. Then he saw me laughing and he came over to me and was like that was not cool and I was like I didn't do it. It was pretty funny! Oh yea and Bradly walked to me! lol he was so cute! Ok well that was my night and it was a lot of fun.

Fair Day!

So this morning I got up at 5 in the morning so I could get a ride with my dad to Haddie's house. I got to Haddie's at around 7 something and we just kind of hung out a bit before we left for the fair. Today at the fair it was senior citezen day so there were a lot of older people there. One of the cool things is that I got in for free lol. So when we got into the fair Haddie and I took off and went our own direction. We looked at some of the booths and the art and we went and saw the African Acrobats. While we were watching the African Acrobats I got pulled up on stage and did the limbo lol. We also went the auto show except we went to the wrong side so I didn't get to see the trucks or the hummers, I was sad. Ooooh and I got a corn dog! yummy! hehe Oh yea and I got a cool chevy hat hehe. Ok well I am very tired now and I don't know that I would make any sence if I wrote any more lol. Good night!

Rained out!

So the car wash got canceled today. We got there and we started to set up, and the power washer wouldn't work and then it started to rain. So we just resceduled it for the 27th. Since we didn't have the car wash Jordan, Kayleigh and me all went and rode in the parade on the Library float. It was fun, we all got we becasue it was still lightly raining. After the parade I went with the Borns back to their house so Kayleigh could change and then we all went back up to Pinoneer Day in Ferris. We just walked aroud for awhile and the kids got some stuff, and I even got some earings. After we got done looking at everything we went back to the church to meet Erskin and Kelli and we all loaded up in the church van and went to Sonic for lunch. We had a lot of fun just hanging out and talking. Then after lunch we all went home.

This afternoon when I got home I decided to go out and give Scooter an apple. Well she did not like my apple and she wouldn't take it. So I left it in her bucket to see if she would eat it and when I went back out there to feed her it was still in the bucket. So I found out today that Sooter doesn't like apples lol. So after that I went in and watched a movie, and it was perfect movie weather. It was all stormy lookin outside and it starte to rain a bit.

So I have had an interesting day. Right now I am just watching a movie I haven't seen in FOREVER lol. Well I am going to go because this turned out to be way longer than I thought it would.

Sweet Dreams!

I can't sleep! Which is why I am writing on this thing at 1:30 in the morning. It is kind of funny though because I was watching a movie earlier and I almost fell asleep, so why can't I sleep now. The bad thing is, I have to get up kind of early so we can get to church in time for our youth car wash. I am having mixed feelings about this car wash. It seems like we never really do very good on our car washes. The only people who get there cars washed are people from our church. But I do have to say that we normally have a lot of fun. I just hope it doesn't rain.
Ok well I am going to try and get some sleep now. I don't want to be grumpy for the car wash in the morning lol. Sweet Dreams!

Just another day

Well today is really just another boring day. I didn't do any school, because I don't do school on Thursdays.
The youth group minus Kayleigh went and cleaned a house for an elderly lady in the church. She can't do too much right now because she just got out of the hospital about two weeks ago. It was pretty fun being able to help her out, and I know she was very thankful which made it all worth just to see the smile on her face.
Well I need to be going now. I hope I can keep up with this thing, I have so many websites now it's not even funny.
